Ruter coordinates the public transport (Metro, tram, boat and the main bus services) in the Oslo region. Our goal is to make your journey as comfortable as possible.

Our service centres

If you need help or information regarding tickets, timetables and travelling, you can contact our service centres at the following metro stations:

• Nationaltheatret
• Jernbanetorget (Oslo Central Station)
• Majorstuen (opens in October 2011)

Opening hours:

Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 19:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00

You may also contact the Trafikanten service centres, located in front of Oslo Central Station, at Aker brygge ferry terminal  or at Oslo Airport.
