Our service centres

If you need help or information regarding tickets, timetables and travelling, you can contact our service centres at the following metro stations:

  • Nationaltheatret
  • Jernbanetorget (Oslo Central Station)
  • Majorstuen (opens in October 2011)

Opening hours:

Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 19:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00

You may also contact the Trafikanten service centres, located in front of Oslo Central Station, at Aker brygge ferry terminal  or at Oslo Airport.
